在公司和老外 Teams 开会，听不太懂他们讲的英语，需要一个能在本地运行的实时语音转文字的工具来辅助。 我的 Windows 显卡是 4060 ，还有个 Mac 是 M1 ，之前用过一些 whisper 的 GUI 客户端，但是只能导入音频或者实时收听，没办法直接实时识 Teams 别人的声音 （我知道 Teams 有实时语音，但是这个功能只有在新版 Teams 才有，但是公司只能用旧版的）
