Hi folks!, this is the first product I am releasing on PH. This app has been in the work for a while and I am excited to share this with you. I am hopeful that this app can help you along on your fitness journey. There is a learning curve associated with the game. In fact, that's one of the key challenges in app adoption that I am trying to simplify as I go through this process. Feedback will be extremely valuable on this front.
