《科创板日报》21日讯，微软现任首席执行官纳德拉正在积极拓展公司业务，并考虑在2023年收购Netflix公司。据悉，两家公司目前已经在多个领域建立了紧密合作。Netflix选择微软作为其广告合作伙伴，推出一项新的广告支持订阅服务。微软总裁布拉德・史密斯也是Netflix董事会成员。达成交易的部分原因是微软希望在多种设备上提供视频游戏流媒体服务。
