Traek.io is a SaaS tool designed for website owners by the website owners to solve some problems which they face.
Traek focuses on lead generation, data analytics, visitor behaviour, chatting, traffic monitoring and alerts with other features such as social media integration and user management.
The main reason why I love this product is because it's easy to use but still powerful enough that you can have full control over your site without using too much of resources (and money).
It has many useful tools that make my work easier especially when I want to do things like; track visitors' actions inside my site or contact them through different channels (Facebook Messenger etc.)

We started working on Traek.io last year. It started because of the problems we were facing as an IT company with a website-driven business. We realized that 98% of our visitors are not contacting us.
No matter how much we spend on SEO or other traffic-gathering mediums, we would end up losing 98% users of the total traffic. It always bothered us as it is too much to lose.
