1月27日，天眼查App显示，近日，张一鸣退出北京字跳网络技术有限公司、北京字节跳动网络技术有限公司、北京石贝科技有限公司法定代表人，以及北京石贝科技有限公司经理、执行董事职务。
天眼查显示，北京字节跳动网络技术有限公司法定代表人由张利东接任。
据媒体报道，2021年5月，字节跳动创始人张一鸣发布内部全员信，宣布卸任CEO一职。此后，其陆续退出多家字节跳动关联公司职务。
