The efficiency of the entire power conversion circutry should be considered. e.g. The battery's intern resistance , series charging parallel depleting or otherwise , charge pump(DCDC's η is like 92% but charge pump is like 97% at max) and η difference between CC-CV and so on

4) Because of above, you need to compute real percentages based on total energy charged in, this completely changes some data. You can't use apples and oranges to make claims.
