Half true, in real world cases, the temperature of the battery various from electrode to electrolyte so what temperature we believe from the sensor of the phone or this papet is not what the highest temperature in real battery during high c rate charging.

1) Stop complaining about battery tempertures. It's just wrong. Lithium batteries do BETTER when heated, and degrade LESS:
