7 月5日，中芯国际（688981.SH）发布公告表示，核心技术人员吴金刚因个人原因辞职，离职后不再担任职务。

资料显示，吴金刚服务中芯国际20年，2014 年至2021年7月，担任技术研发副总裁，任职期间负责参与先进工艺技术研发工作，此工艺技术专利所有权均属于中芯国际。
值得注意的是，6月19日，中芯国际发布了限制性股票激励计划首次授予部分激励对象名单，其中，吴金刚获授16万股，截至7月5日，中芯国际收报58.37元/股，以此计算，吴金刚获授股权价值933.92万元。
据财报，中芯国际2020年实现营收274.71亿元，同比增24.8%；实现净利润43.32亿元，同比增141.5%。
