Always blew my mind how little tech there was for founders and startups navigating the fundraising ecosystem.

Decided spreadsheets and general tools just wasted time and burnt runway, more focus was needed to allow the space and time for innovators to create their own projects. Without making fundraising feel like a full time start stop job.

Built a directory alongside a CRM that tracks relationships and reminds users when to get back into contact with their lists - so it doesn't get lost in the spreadsheet.

also added a fundraise modeling tool to allow users to map termsheets and see how terms like Dilution or Pro-rata may affect this or the next round..

Power to the Founder!

Great-looking app. Used the discount to buy the middle option but the app won't let me do anything yet. Maybe some kinks to work out on the Product Hunt deal? Also, can you add existing investor relations or just new investors you find on the platform? Excited to use this tool if it has that functionality.
