if U mean handle you can't until next new year but you can can change your name and information in settings -> social

To change your handle, you should navigate to https://codeforces.com/settings/handle, enter your new enter and confirm your intension. Please note that after changes applied you won't be able to change your handle until next year. You will be able to change your handle until January 10, as -is-this-fft- said.

          I don't know about announcements but there will be a section in your profile (next to "Contests", I think) that allows you to change your username, so you'll probably notice it.

          Last year there was also a winter/snowy theme on the website's background, so if it's the same this year, you're bound to notice.

      You can change your name any time, but you can only change your username every new year.
