最近搞了这两家的免费计划，创的机子测速了就会连不上，但是能 ping 通，ssh 端口也能 tcping 通但是连不上。
azure 是过一会就好了但是 aws 是端口都能通 ssh 连不上 xui 页面也进不去，是怎么一回事呢？重启也没用

wu67 32 分钟前 via Android aws 是卡你服务器不对称流量往外发的带宽，据我观察是 10mb 每秒的速度，大概十几秒就会直接把你机子上的进程干掉。但是不是限制死的，转发好像限制没那么小，转发可以上 20m 左右
