尝试过很多其他的 alternatives ，都有大大小小的问题，这款LookAway最简洁，最像 macOS 的原生设计
唯一的问题是break time目前最多只能设置为 1min ，在 reddit 上抓住作者提过了，作者给了很积极的回复，相信很快能开发出来
