应该向父母隐瞒自己的实际工资吗？

以前年轻不懂事，外加自己当时还没结婚，工资都会如实和父母说，外带吹点小牛逼，导致父母认为的工资比我现在还要多。
现在结婚了，有了一些自私的想法。如果我是独生子其实也无所谓，但是我还有个弟弟在上学，同时家里也不富裕，以后我弟买房结婚啥的可能都得我来支持，这是最大的矛盾点，目前已经后悔之前如实告知父母自己的工资了。
而且不光我父母知道我工资，我岳父母也知道，导致我和我媳妇家基本所有的亲戚都知道我的工资。
