日前，据央行大连市分行公布的行政处罚信息，因未按规定履行客户身份识别义务，交通银行股份有限公司（下称交通银行）大连分行收到86万元罚单。
因对上述违法违规事实负责，张琰（时任副行长）、刘玎（时任个人金融业务部总经理）均被罚4.4万元。

此次并非交通银行旗下分支机构近期收到的首张罚单。12月29日，因超授权为金融机构开办表外融资；贷前调查不审慎等，交通银行阿克苏分行被罚60万元。
