中泰股份与浦项制铁设立合资公司，制造和销售高纯度稀有气体
铅笔道、含新社联合消息，2023年12月28日，中泰股份发布了《中泰股份关于拟对外投资设立合资公司的自愿性披露公告》，表示中泰股份计划与Posco Holdings Inc合资设立浦项中泰空气解决方案股份公司，共同投资建设运营制造和销售高纯度稀有气体等业务。Posco持有合资企业75.10%的股份，中泰股份或其控制的其他主体持有其余24.90%的股份。
