日本首相将于明日在联合国组织的会议上就生成式 AI 的利用和监管发表演讲
据日本读卖新闻报道，日本首相岸田文雄将于 10 月 9 日在联合国组织的会议上就生成式 AI 的利用和监管发表演讲，目前演讲稿已经确定。根据草案，岸田“将在定于今年秋季举行的七国集团峰会视频会议之前制定开发者的国际准则和行为准则。”
预计演讲中还将透露，日本政府将于 10 月下旬制定的经济刺激方案中将包括为加强数据处理系统而“开发计算资源”的支持措施，以及为开发人工智能基础技术而“开发基本模型”的支持措施。
