混用内存颗粒会有什么问题吗？

最近在自己攒服务器，搞了台 256G 内存的机器跑程序。
有 8 个内存插槽，其中 7 个都是三星的M393A4K40BB1-CRC0Q内存（ 32G-2400T ），但是有一条是M393A4K40CB1-CRC4Q。通过资料查询，这两者主要差别是BB1是三星的B-Die颗粒，CB1是三星的C-Die颗粒，然后制造商也不一样，产品详细参数好像就是Cyclical Redundancy Code数据不一样，然后SPD Revision也不一样。
我有点强迫症想换掉，但除此之外其实我更想知道混用颗粒会有稳定性问题吗？包括降速或者宕机之类的。
