天眼查App显示，近日，AR眼镜公司奇点临近技术（上海）有限公司发生工商变更，股东新增阿里旗下杭州灏星企业管理合伙企业（有限合伙），同时，公司注册资本从约154.9万人民币增至约167.4万人民币。
该公司成立于2021年12月，法定代表人为徐建海，经营范围含技术服务、钟表销售、人工智能理论与算法软件开发、眼镜销售（不含隐形眼镜）等。公开信息显示，奇点临近创始人为前华为P6首席架构师张慧敏，其通过注册在珠海的有限合伙企业实控奇点临近。
