清华公共管理学院院长朱旭峰：不能说 ChatGPT 超越历史上所有的科技
据上证报报道，清华大学公共管理学院院长朱旭峰近日表示，ChatGPT 是一个颠覆性的创新，但从人类历史数千年科技的发展对社会影响的层面来讲，目前人工智能的发展还达不到蒸汽机、印刷术的影响水平。他表示，在人类这么长的历史发展过程中，技术的发明对社会肯定是有影响的。但是不能只盯着最近的发明，说它会超越历史上所有的科技，我认为不能这么说。同时新技术会带来安全、隐私、伦理等方面的问题，我们就需要加强治理，加强伦理的监管。
