报告：受调查企业称未来更看重应聘者运用 AI 技术的熟练程度而非编程能力
据金十 5 月 1 日报道，世界经济论坛当地时间 4 月 30 日发布的调查报告显示，新技术和经济增长减速等因素将影响未来 5 年全球就业形势，预计将因此减少 1400 万份工作，相当于全球目前就业岗位净减少 2%。报告说，多个因素导致就业市场出现上述变化，例如新能源产业会创造更多就业机会，经济增长减速和通货膨胀高企则导致就业岗位减少。受调查企业 2020 年曾预期，到 2025 年有 47% 的工作任务由机器完成。如今，他们调低预期，认为到 2027 年该比例为 42%。受调查企业说，未来更看重应聘者运用人工智能技术的熟练程度而非编程能力。
