请教各位，后端想自己写些前端应该怎么入手？

Go 后端，js/css 之类的一概不会。 并不是为了找工作，就是自己写一些项目的时候想有个前端页面，暂时考虑用 vue 。
如果使用 vue 的话，是不是需要提前先学 js 、css 之类的？顺序是怎么样的呢 或者有其他方案推荐吗？
