近日，有用户反馈，RTX 4080 Ti在运行《暗黑破坏神4》时，出现了显卡“变砖”的恶性Bug。
根据用户反馈， 出现问题的品牌包括技嘉、EVGA等，大部分玩家表示是在教堂过场动画时遭遇黑屏死机，接着显卡就不转了，但后来也有反馈说正常游戏时出现显卡罢工。
目前，
暴雪客户支持部分已经对此做出回应，表示暴雪正在与NVIDIA密切合作，已确定受影响玩家的硬件配置，并收集尽可能多的数据，以协助调查。
对于已经受影响的用户，《暗黑4》官方则表示，可以在断电重启后，查看系统是否能够检测到显卡。
