据最新消息，香港电视广播有限公司(TVB)行政主席许涛今日向员工发信，宣布将引入优化成本及资源管理方案。
此举的目标是节省2.6亿港元（约2.2亿人民币）年度营运现金支出。
公司人力架构将作调整，部分职位将被终止且不予重置，同时将严格控制间接成本，如租金、外判工作等开支。
整体而言，在人力资源上约有5%的员工将涉及遣散， 公司会与受影响之员工根据香港雇佣条例给予合理补偿。
