据 CoinDesk 报道，根据周三提交的法庭文件，FTX 的投资部门 Alameda Research 已经达成了一项 4500 万美元的现金交易，将其在红杉资本的股权出售给阿布扎比主权财富基金。这项交易需要得到特拉华州破产法官 John Dorsey 的批准。文件称，FTX“在收到四家单位的意向并与两家单位就出售红杉资本基金的资产进行谈判后，基于其优越的报价和在短时间内执行销售交易的能力，决定与买方签订协议。”
该协议最快可在 3 月 31 日完成。该文件称，可能的买家 Al Nawwar Investments RSC Limited 由阿布扎比政府拥有，并且已经投资于红杉。
