996 是一种症状，但是病因除了资本家心眼坏，或者领导 pua 。还有一部分的加班的压力，或许来自身边的普通人。
如果你也反对 996 ，那么每个人自己可以从今天开始：
- 不要在下班后跟同事提新需求；
- 不要在下班后跟你对接人调试代码；
- 不要在下班后因为某个事情去麻烦你的合作方；
- 不要在下班后去找你 leader 对业务；
除非天垮下来，否则自己不要主动用手上的工作去占用别人的生活时间
还有一种隐形的 996 传递链，就是 A 叫 B 去下班后找 C 。这种时候，B 如果直接服从，实际也是谋杀 C 业余时间的一位帮凶。希望 B 能选择通过合适的方式向 A 表达欠考虑的提醒。
