日本散热厂商镰刀（Scythe）以推出各种个性化散热器而闻名，近期推出了新款Kotetsu Mark III风冷散热器。镰刀修改了紧凑的散热器设计，以最大限度地提升散热效能。
Kotetsu Mark III风冷散热器带有40mm x 40mm的镀镍铜底板，密集排列的铝制鳍片环绕着四根直径为6毫米的导热管，顶部覆盖了阳极氧化拉丝工艺的黑色金属顶盖。其配备了第五代HPMS Lite安装套件，支持英特尔的LGA 115x/1200/1700平台，以及AMD的AM4和AM5平台，覆盖了现阶段的主流系统。
散热器搭配的是Kaze Flex II 120 mm PWM风扇，是一款120mm风扇，厚度为26mm，采用4Pin PWM接口，转速在300 RPM到1500 RPM之间，风量在16.9 CFM到67.62 CFM之间，风压在0.075到1.5 mm H₂O之间，风扇噪音在4到28.6 dBA之间。
