2月23日消息，一位用户在社交平台上发文表示，是时候告别谷歌Pixel手机了。
这位网友爆料，他
刚买了2个月的谷歌Pixel 7 Pro遭遇“绿屏门”，
锁屏状态下屏幕发绿而且无响应，手机几乎是全新状态， 没有磕碰或者跌落。他向谷歌客服反馈，得到的回复是“没有收到黑屏无响应的投诉”。
该用户还表示，已经过了30天退货期，现在问题仍然没有得到解决，尚不确定是软件还是硬件问题。
从公开报道来看，这并非是谷歌Pixel 7系列第一次出现问题。此前有网友反映，Pixel 7存在摄像头模组破裂现象，用户强调手机没有摔过。不仅如此，还有用户声称他的Pixel 7 Pro手机前置摄像头存在进灰问题。
资料显示，Pixel 7 Pro是谷歌去年10月份推出的产品，12GB+128GB版售价899美元（约合人民币6200元），12GB+256GB版售价999美元（约合人民币6900元）。
