据《金融时报》报道，对冲基金 Galois Capital 决定停止所有交易，平掉所有头寸，并在关闭基金后向客户返还 90% 未被困在 FTX 上的资金，剩余 10% 将暂时搁置，直到与管理者和审计员讨论后确定。其联合创始人 Kevin Zhou 表示，“鉴于 FTX 形势的严重性，我们认为在财务和文化上继续运营该基金是站不住脚的。”他表示，更愿意出售基金对 FTX 的债权，而不是通过漫长的法律程序。自 Galois 发信以来，已经以大约 16 美分的价格出售其债权。
