豪掷1370亿！Adobe收购Figma遭反垄断调查

去年九月，知名设计软件开发公司Adobe曾宣布，将以200亿美元（约合人民币1370亿元）的高价，收购设计公司Figma，收购将在今年正式进行。
现在，
欧盟反垄断监管机构警告称，该交易可能引发担忧，因此欧盟可能会展开漫长的调查。
同时，负责反垄断审查的欧盟委员会也表示，虽然该建议低于欧盟层面审核的门槛，但目前已经有奥地利、比利时、保加利亚、塞浦路斯、捷克、丹麦、芬兰、法国、德国、冰岛、爱尔兰、意大利、卢森堡、荷兰、挪威和瑞典等国家要求委员会评估Adobe对Figma的收购合并条例。
因此， 根据欧盟第22条规定，委员会将对这起收购案进行反垄断调查。
