美 SEC 对可能接触加密货币的自主个人退休账户发出投资警告
据 CoinDesk 报道，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）周二再次表明，加密资产往往是在未注册的交易所交易的未注册证券，并发布了一份投资者警报，警告人们应该警惕个人退休账户（IRA）中的加密货币。
美 SEC 称，自我管理的 IRA 有时会提供加密货币投资，那些“可能是未经美国证券交易委员会注册或有效豁免注册而提供的证券，而且可能没有完整或准确的信息来帮助投资者做出知情决定。”
