据塔斯社报道，俄罗斯央行第一副主席 Olga Skorobogatova 周一在国家杜马（下议院）表示，俄罗斯央行计划在监管沙盒框架内测试使用加密货币进行国际支付，她表示，“我们目前计划在监管沙箱的框架内测试使用加密货币进行国际支付，这意味着国际经济活动”。
