据彭博社 10 月 21 日报道，据法院文件显示，包括风险投资公司 WestCap Management LLC 和养老基金 Caisse de Depot et Placement du Quebec（CDPQ）在内的投资者表示，其在 Celsius 持有的股权使他们有权获得该公司的挖款业务及其其他有价值的资产，因其投资的法人主体与管理客户资金的法人主体不同，故客户并没有权利对该部分资产的索赔权。代表债权人的律师则表示，Celsius 的客户条款使得客户有权对其所有的法人主体提出索赔。
