如果你在最大化窗口的状态下关闭资源管理器，那么下次打开时仍然是最大化的。
但是如果从外部程序唤起资源管理器（例如：chrome 下载文件后“打开所在文件夹”），此时跳出来的窗口是常规大小，停顿一下，然后自动进行一个最大化的动画。
视觉上非常难受。
