中关村在线消息：本周，有一名国外网友表示自己的Apple Watch Series 7突然出现了设备过热的现象，在冒出滚滚浓烟后最终爆炸。苹果官方在得知此故障之后表示将第一时间调查此事，同时也试图阻止用户在网络上透露此次意外。
这位用户表示，自己在家中时Apple Watch温度突然上升，手表也显示“因为温度过高需要关闭”。当时用户就致电苹果官方客服，官方回复只是让用户“不要触碰手表”。但在第二天早上，手表的发热更加严重，屏幕上都出现了裂痕，伴随着噼啪声以及浓烟，手表最终“爆炸”。
苹果已将该手表取回，并表示正在将手表送到其实验室进行进一步测试。
