Fingerprints scare was overrated. Not even noticeable once its covered with fingerprints.

I think it depends on the person, mine has barely any finger-prints but my buddies looks awful. I definitely agree it's completely overblown though.

Honestly I was going to return mine but the prints aren't really showing up like they did when I first got the unit. I've cleaned it a few times in the last 2 weeks. I guess after handling it and wiping it a few times it isn't as prone to the prints, probably something to do with oil buildup.

Its hard to prove a negative. I tried to angle the photo so it shows the most fingerprints. they are there but it just blends as a design and not a turn off at all to me.

They are visible but it’s not that bad. I figured it was going to be worse than that 😂

I think it looks great. For me, the bigger worry would by nicks and scratch that would be more visible with the midnight color. But honestly, this is much to do about nothing. People should just get what they like and enjoy. Use it and don't worry about it.

I just finished doing the teak on my 51 year old sailboat. It looks great from 10 feet away, but with close inspection, it definitely is not perfect. I could spend a few days sanding and varnishing to try to make it perfect.....but, I would rather just go sailing.

How does it look on the inside where the machine is used? Keyboard, palm rests, etc. How about where the MagSafe and ports are?
