近期，格力电器断供原河北区域经销商事件闹得沸沸扬扬。
公开消息显示，8月初， 格力要求自己的经销商必须停止代理飞利浦空调 ，不停止就不能销售格力空调，在格力和飞利浦之间进行“二选一”。
据财联社报道，知情人士透露称，8月20日，河北新兴格力电器销售有限公司（河北格力）董事长徐自发举行宴会， 正式宣布不做格力了，转做飞利浦 。
此事曝光后，格力方面也迅速采取了动作， 珠海总部已停止向河北格力供货 ，并开始筹备新的河北销售公司，此消息得到多个格力经销商确认。
