前不久苹果正式宣布将在9月7日（国内8日凌晨1点）举行秋季发布会，iPhone 14系列手机要来了，而且苹果海报还暗示了新机的三大特性，其中一个就是卫星上网，没有4G、5G网络覆盖的偏远地区也能上网了。
据悉，卫星通信功能将使iPhone无需通过运营商，就能够通过卫星网络向紧急联系人发送短消息，甚至在没有4G/5G信号覆盖的地方，也可以借助卫星服务保持在线。
同时，还能借助卫星系统，在无信号的场景下进行一些定位操作，方便呼救和救援。
这个功能在一些紧急的情况下会非常实用，比如灾害发生后的断网时间、被困大山时等等，在特殊情况下等同于“救命功能”。
