据Coindesk报道，知情人士透露，Voyager Digital 正在吸引加密领域一些最大参与者的收购兴趣，包括交易所 币安（Binance）和 FTX。一位知情人士说，Coinbase 评估了 Voyager 可能的重组计划，但在得出“财务状况不合算”的结论后退出了。Voyager 资产的投标将于 9 月 6 日通过其破产案进行出售，如果需要挑选竞购者，将于 9 月 29 日举行拍卖。
根据 Voyager 律师本月早些时候的一份报告，至少有 22 名投资者已经完成了尽职调查，并表示有兴趣竞购 Voyager 资产，因此 Binance、FTX 可能不是唯一的潜在竞购者，据业内消息人士称，币安的收购热情很高：“币安很兴奋，也很努力”。
