Dear experts,
we are utilizing Customer returns (RMA) and create Outbound deliveries that are sent to the 3rd party logistics partner via EDI. Once the 3PL receives the returns physically in the warehouse he sends back an EDI message mapped to a SHPCON IDoc to Goods Receipt these Customer returns.
Now sometimes the delivery quantity on a line item in SAP is 20 cases.
The 3PL sends back 15 cases or 25 cases, whatever they received back from the customer.
Now the SHPCON IDoc processes in SAP but the deviating quantity from the IDoc is not considered.
It posts the Goods Receipt for the return Delivery with the 20 cases and not what is sent in the IDoc.
How can I make the SHPCON IDoc use its quantity when doing the Goods Receipt on the return Delivery?
I went through https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/ERPSCM/WHSCON+and+SHPCON+IDoc
I tried using:
E1EDL19-QUALF = 'QUA'
E1EDL19-QUALF = 'PGI'
and
E1EDL19-QUALF = 'PIC'
E1EDL19-QUALF = 'PGI'
In either case the quantity in the IDoc is not used to do the Goods Receipt on the return Delivery.
