现在网站挂支付是不是必须办 IPC 许可？

之前一直用个人收款，手机要经常挂着，因为是小号，经常被限制额度。所以跑去注册了企业。域名也备案下来了。
最近一个月发现貌似要在网站挂在线支付，还要去申请 IPC 许可。搜索了一推东西，有说自营的不需要。看了一下官方文件，没明说要还是不要。。。
现在我感觉自己落套了。公司运营一年就 4000 。申请 IPC 许可又不知道要多少钱。而且这玩意广东好像很难申请。痛苦。
