突然收到腾讯 tdmq 的欠费通知，有人遇到这种情况吗

rt ，主要是我这个实例是前一年免费时就开来试用的，之后一直没用过，然后突然说我 8.5 号用了一天。
今早去跟客服扯皮，还没有结果，客服层层转接后就没人回消息了。
客服说，我有一个主题，是按主题量收费的，然后就收了 8.5 号的费。
然后他们的 tdmq 正式化商用时有发站内信通知，但是我长年不登他们的控制台，所以不知道。这个欠费的通知，是发到微信的，所以我才知道。
大家遇到这种情况应该怎么处理？
