hello, I'm from Brazil and I also have the same problem, I don't have the options in the app to install the custom faces for the RS4 Plus, before I thought it could be a region lock, but I saw Brazilians with the options enabled, so the it happens that some apps don't give the options to change the faces, I bought the premium version and even then I don't have the options.

Hi , im from Argentina , same problem , RS4 plus without editor on hello haylou, any news? or any solution if i have ios? thanks
I also bought the premium version of Hello Haylou and it is still no showing the editor. If anyone got it working do share the method.

Hello guys few days ago I realized that this page editor just appears in 2.5.1 version, because in this version the app didn't have RS4 plus (LS11) support, obly RS4 (LS12) support. To the RS4 (LS12) connection, the editor page appears and you can edit your watchfaces and install on the watch, but to the RS4 plus (LS11), the connection is possible, but it has a lot of bugs because the app recognize the watch like RS4 (LS12), so when you try to install any watchface, the process stops in 11% or 8% and never finish and the watch show's a error message

Yeah you are right. I also tried, it doesn't install the watchface.

Is it possible to downgrade rs4 plus to rs4? So we can install watchfaces
There was an update for the RS4 Plus support in Hello Haylou yesterday. Any changes? I've got an RS4 and I'd love to buy an RS4 Plus. It's not worth it for me if this continues to be an issue. I have made my own contour watch face and that's the only one I'm interested in using.
