国产机在宣传OLED屏幕时，这几年多会强调采用的三星E4/E5材质。不过，在三星内部，其实还有M系列材质，它们的品质更好，这些面板，三星一些拿来自己用，另外一些则卖给了苹果。
最新消息称，从订单量来看，三星将为苹果iPhone 14系列供应多达8000万块OLED面板。
为了服务好顶级大客户，iPhone 14 Pro/Pro Max将采用三星最新一代LTPO显示屏，它们使用的是M12材质。
实际上，三星自己都尚未用上M12 OLED的手机，最快也要等预计8月10日发布的Galaxy Z Fold 4/Flip 4折叠手机。
