7月29日晚，微信官方发布《微信公众平台关于金融类违规营销内容的规范》。
《规范》从，为保障金融消费者合法权益，防范和控制金融营销活动的法律风险，特根据《中国人民银行金融消费者权益保护实施办法》、《关于进一步规范金融营销宣传行为的通知》等相关规定，制定以下金融类违规营销内容治理规则。
一、禁止进行金融类欺诈营销宣传
微信公众帐号发布的内容中，禁止高收益理财欺诈内容，如推广不正常的高回报理财产品或导流欺诈项目。
