Hey Product Hunt!

I’m Hunter and I’m excited to launch Homebrew’s 50+ HR Resources for Startups, from our Head of Talent Beth Scheer! This collection of insights, tools, templates, and other resources have been years in the making after advising and working with hundreds of early stage companies build out their HR from 0 → 1. A team cannot scale without the proper HR systems in place, therefore we wanted to open-source this collection to the public for free so anyone can easily build out their HR regardless of experience.

Take a look and let us know any feedback! These resources are meant to be dynamic so they will be updated and improved upon over time as well :) If you’re currently building out your team’s HR, would greatly appreciate your thoughts on this below!

@hunterwalk I’m actually building out my HR at my hard tech startup right now. This is super useful thanks!!
@hunterwalk @vishnu_srinivasan Awesome to hear that Vishnu, lmk what you think of the doc and if there's any resources that you think we should add!
@hunterwalk @trustinyoon1 Love this! If you end up adding any resources for expanding boards (perhaps in https://coda.io/@homebrew/divers...) would love for Him For Her to be included. Would be happy to partner/recommend other resources for boards/advisors. We find that oftentimes an HR lead might be partnering on this and not have experience sourcing.
@hunterwalk /@homebrew @lauraglu1 Thanks Laura and good call - mind emailing me more details at trustinyoon (at) gmail (dot) com?
