A couple of years ago, I found myself in the middle of a few processes with different companies: incorporating in the EU, getting a refund from an airline, obtaining visas, filing taxes… etc. 🤷‍♀️ Some of the businesses had custom-built client portals/login areas. And none of them used any simple third-party tools to build customer-facing workflows!

We at Beau help businesses automate customer interactions and onboarding. Customers use our software to collect forms and files, manage payments, send messages, approve steps, and more.
