Tabbed is a little program that adds tabs to Internet Explorer and Windows Explorer.
There's no installation. To download, click on the Download link above.
You can select "run program from this location" to launch Tabbed immediately.

All the stuff you see in the screenshot is completely customizable. If you a graphic designer and you want to create a skin, create a file called skin.dll in the same folder, and add resources to it with the same names as the ones in the tabbed.exe application. We will have a contest soon.
