财经网科技4月24日讯，据新浪科技消息，杰克·多西（Jack Dorsey）不再是Block的首席执行官。至少他已不再使用这个头衔。
在上周五提交给美国证券交易委员会的一份文件中，Block公司（曾用名：Square）表示，多西已将自己的头衔改为Block公司负责人兼主席（Block Head & Chairperson）。Block更新了公司章程，以反映多西的新角色，取消了公司需要有高管担任首席执行官和总裁的要求。
这是多西与特斯拉首席执行官埃隆•马斯克的另一种交集，后者正试图收购 多西参与创办并曾经执掌的Twitter公司。 去年，马斯克自封“特斯拉科技之王”的头衔，但他仍然担任首席执行官。马斯克后来表示，他的首席执行官职位是“一个虚构的头衔”。
