乍得过渡政府与44个反对派团体当地时间13日在卡塔尔首都多哈展开和平谈判。非洲联盟委员会主席穆萨·法基、乍得过渡政府总理帕达克以及反对派团体的代表出席和谈开幕式。帕达克表示，和谈相关方都必须作出让步，谈判才有可能取得成功。他同时承认，鉴于谈判的复杂程度，进程可能会曲折而且旷日持久。Recommend
