2月24日消息，在重整计划获法院批准后不到3个月，*ST众泰传出旗下九大生产基地之一的临沂生产基地被长城汽车收购。“外界传言的长城汽车收购众泰临沂生产基地并不是公司旗下资产，而是公司在临沂设立的分公司租赁而来，与上市公司无任何关联关系。”日前，众泰汽车相关负责人表示，公司未与长城汽车签署过任何战略协议。上述相关负责人透露，除杭州、永康、长沙、湘潭四大生产基地为众泰汽车持有土地外，包括临沂在内的其他五大生产基地均为租赁使用。（每经网）
